Python for Excel (2nd Edition) is out

Hi all!

It’s been 5 years since my book came out, which means it’s time for an update! The 2nd edition is now available on Amazon and everywhere else where you can buy books.

Better yet, leave a comment on my LinkedIn or X post, and get it for free with a bit of luck!

The 2nd edition includes three new chapters on Python in Excel and xlwings Lite. It also updates the stack:

• uv instead of conda

• Python 3.8 → 3.14

• pandas 1.0 → 3.0

There are also new sample cases featuring DuckDB, the OpenAI API, and Hugging Face.
